The best approach is to take the best possible photos of your fountain pen, including
the damaged area if possible.
This applies whether it is a fountain pen or a nib that needs repair or retipping.

you know. We’ll then provide you with a price quote and an estimated completion time for the repairs.
For a nib retip, please specify the desired width: EF, F, M, B, BB, BBB, Stub, Italic. From M onwards,
it can be oriented left or right. We also manufacture custom nibs if you require a rare or unusual nib.
Please provide specific details such as vertical and horizontal angles, as well as any other relevant
information.
Some older nibs, due to wear and tear over time, have a metal thickness of less than 0.2 mm, making retipping
a risky operation. In these cases, we will advise you accordingly so you can decide. Sometimes, the cost of
adding new reinforcing metal and the extra time required for the retip make it necessary to evaluate whether
or not to proceed.
